Richardson came from Bentleyville, and waspromoted ensign of his company He was seriously wound-ed, November 14th, 1862, above Moorefield, while in anengagement with J. D. Imboden. He was discharged forpermanent disability, and lived for years near his hometown on a farm. He died in 1913. LEONARD A. ROBERTS Leonard A. Roberts came from Hillsboro, and died ina hospital at Cumberland on March 9, 1862, from fever,and was buried at his home town. JAMES ROBINSON James Robinson came from Clarksville and was pro-moted to corporal of the company. His horse was wound-ed, September 23rd, 1861. He is still living in the stateof Missouri. THE OLD RINGGOLDS 287. Daniel Rohrer DANIEL ROHRER Daniel Rohrer, a man of quakerdescent, came from West Browns-ville and was among the men alwaysready for a fight. He had two boyson the battleship Oregon in then lived in Sioux City, was one of the men who wasfull of fun. He rode a small we came into a town, if hesaw a door standing open, he wouldride in, turn around and ride he was drinking no one coulddo anything with him but AdamWickerham. CHRISTIAN S. SNYDER Christian S. Snyder, from West Brownsville, was pro-moted corporal for bravery in delivering dispatches inthe valley He was killed on May 18th, 1862, at Elkwater,and was buried in the Bridgeport cemetery, at Browns-ville.
