NORFOLK (March 29, 2017) Capt. Timothy Kuehhas, center, commanding officer of the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73), cuts a cake with members of the Navy's first all-female E-2C Hawkeye combat mission and members of George Washington's heritage committee. The members were invited to the ship's event as distinguish guests. George Washington is homeported in Norfolk preparing to move to Newport News, Virginia for the ship’s refueling complex overhaul (RCOH) maintenance.
