In confirmation of various previous Agreements, the Sultanof Perak, the Sultan of Selangor, the Sultan of Pahang, and theChiefs of the States which form the territory known as the NegriSembilan, hereby severally place themselves and their States underthe protection of the Pritish Grovernment. 2.
