Moltivolti is a cohousing in the center of the "mandate" of Ballarò, born as a gathering place for various associations working on social issues, legality, integration, etc., and then became a social enterprise in the network of Libera, the main network of associations aagainst mafia. Claudio Arestivo, a historic member of Moltivolti, explains that the name comes from the many faces painted on the walls of the restaurant by the artist Igor Scalisi Palminteri, significant faces for Ballarò. Moltivolti is also a bar restaurant that serves to cover the living costs and finance the social enterprise. There are altogether 14 people working from eight different nationalities (Zambia, Senegal, Gambia, Spain, Afghanistan, Morocco, France and Italy). From a gastronomic point of view, cuisine is both safe and ethnic, as there is an Afghan cook with Gambian assistants, but the restaurant is an aggregation center of its own, with an average of two four events a week between concerts, presentations of books etc
