Nathaniel Perry, Air Force first sergeant special duty manager, urges airmen to rethink personal bias in a response given during an all-call at Grand Forks Air Force Base, , Feb. 12, 2021. Perry acknowledged the impact that personal bias can have on life in the military whether it be in regards to race, gender, religion or sexuality, and encouraged airmen to be open to discussions with peers that may break down barriers.
