Red coastal cliffs above the Indian Ocean at Gantheaume Point, Broome, Western Australia


Gantheaume Point was named by the French Explorer Nicolas Baudin in 1801. The local Goolarabooloo know it as Minyirr, the start of the 82km Lurujarri Heritage Trail which follows an Aboriginal Song Cycle north along the coast to Minarriny. Western Australia
