King Leopold III of Belgium believed to have been photographed whilst attending the funeral of his wife Astrid (formerly Astrid of Sweden) . He was driving the car which resulted in her death on 29th August 1935 King Leopold was driving the car when the vehicle hit a parapet and entered a lake. Their chauffeur was sitting in he back of the Packard One-Twenty convertible and was thrown into a tree resulting in her death at the scene. Their children were ( Joséphine-Charlotte, Albert and Baudouin.
