Former mexican president started the construction of the building for the Federal Legislative Palace with the French architect Emile Bernard, it was finished by the president Lazaro Cardenas with the architect Carlos Obregon who modified the original idea to one mausoleum for the revolution heroes. Currently, it is the tallest triumph arch in the world.
