Wilkomont has the Hambletonian and Mambrino Chiefblood through his grandsire Almont, who was a grandson of Rys-dyks Hambletonian, and whose dam was by Mambrino Chief. Healso has the Hambletonian and Clay blood through his dam (Wanita)by George Wilkes, one of the most famous of Hambletonian sires. (4)
