The growth of theFair as a whole is comparable to that of theparade. The barbecue was a new feature of the1921 Fair. Beef, pork and mutton servedin the good old-fashioned style, along with the Follies, Minstrels, Home , Sideshows and numerous outside attractions, all contributed to makethe 1921 Fair remembered by all who attended.
