Angela Payne, official mail manager for the Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command (left), works with Soldiers from the Army Reserve’s 678th Human Resources Company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, at 99th RSC headquarters on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. This training kicked off 163 mailroom inspections conducted by the 678th over a two-week period at Army Reserve facilities throughout the northeastern United States as part of a pilot program hosted by the 99th RSC in order to provide real-world training opportunities to boost Soldier readiness.
