Lt. Gen. Timothy J. Kadavy, Director of the Army National Guard, met with leadership of the 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 28th Infantry Division, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, including Col. Michael Wegscheider, commander, and Command Sgt. Maj. Randall Pritts, outside the 56th Stryker Brigades Combat Team’s tactical operations center. Kadavy and other Army National Guard leadership spent two days circulating the field, meeting with Pennsylvania National Guardsmen during their combat training center rotation at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California, Aug. 16.
