Visitors stop here to have their photo taken next to the station sign which was contrived as a publicity stunt. The invented name is: "Llantfairpwllgwyngogerychwyrndrobwillantysiliogogoch" which means St. Mary's Church in the hollow of the white hazel near to the rapid whirlpool and the Church of Tysilio and red cave
