X. BAER the florist, Kutztown, Pa. He erected the first hot-house ill Kutztown in 1906, and tusiness increased tosuch an extent tliat he found it necessary to add an-other hot-house in 1908. In r910 he built an addi-tional annex, making it a large up-to-date establishment, consistinK of more than 5000 square feet ofglass. These houses are fitted with beds of cut fiowers,palms, eversrefns and veRetable plants. During thistime he also built up an extensive trade in fioral de-signs. He furnishfs decorations for banquets, wed-dings, commencements and sociables of any kind.
