Victor Babauta, assigned to the 254th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Engineers (RED HORSE), documents the damages to San Roque village on Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, for future repairs after Super Typhoon Yutu, Nov. 7, 2018. Task Force-West was stood up by the Indo-Pacific Command and is responding to the devastation caused by Super Typhoon Yutu October 24th and comprises more than 800 active duty, Reserve and Guard service members from more than 20 different units across all branches of services.
