Ford's (CVN 78) supply department, receives her frocking letter from Capt. Richard McCormack, Ford's commanding officer, and Command Master Chief Laura Nunley, Ford's command master chief, during a senior chief petty officer pinning ceremony in the ship's hangar bay.
