'The Great white way, Broadway North of 34th Street. No thoroughfare in the world is as famous, none attracts so much the attention of the visitors as the few blocks on Broadway, between 34th and 46th Streets. Within a radius of a few hundred feet can be found all the important theatres and more than two-Thirds of the leading hotels in the city.
