Fulton Hall majbe regarded as an integral part of the group of municipaland semi-public structures built at that time, including our present CourtHouse, the Prison at the east end of the cit}-, the three extensive ConestogaCotton Mills, Franklin and Marshall College, Oddfellows Hall and three ofthe larger churches.
