Russia's former flamboyant businessman and co-owner of huge mobile phones EUROSET retail chain (more than 5,000 outlets in Russia and former republics of the former Soviet Union) pictured in his typical dress style at Russian economic forum in London in April 2006. Broadly touted as Russia's business new face in 2006, later in 2008 Chichvarkin had to flee to UK in order to avoid arrest and inprisonment.
