Peru (July 26, 2017) Rear Adm. Linda R. Wackerman, deputy commander, Naval Forces Southern 4th Fleet, center, is piped ashore after a debrief at the Peruvian Center of Naval Tactical Training during UNITAS 2017. UNITAS is an annual, multi-national exercise that focuses on strengthening our existing regional partnerships and encourages establishing new relationships through the exchange of maritime mission-focused knowledge and expertise during multinational training operations.
