Our scouts reported that the Fourth Corps andMcCooks division of cavalry were at Cleveland, andthe Army of the Ohio at Charleston, on the 2d, bothon the way to Chattanooga; and that these troopsand the Army of the Cumberland reached Ringgoldin the afternoon of the 4th and encamped there.
