Senior Airman Jessica Ogline and other Diamond Flight Airmen stand ready for an open ranks inspection March 19 at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. Diamond Flight members and three other flights are in their fourth week of five of Airman Leadership School. ALS attendance is a mandatory step in becoming an Air Force non-commissioned officer. More than 300 Airmen complete the course at Eglin each year.
