The Garden Grove Freeway (SR-22) is a an east-west freeway connecting five major freeways central Orange County. SR-22 Improvement Project was initiated to improve traffic flow, remove bottlenecks and enhance safety within the communities of Garden Grove, Westminster, Orange and Santa Ana.
