22/07/13 Gilding Team Leader Natalie Wilson, puts the finishing touches to a 1000 piece limited edition teddy bear which is part of Royal Crown Derby's Royal Birth Collection. Staff at the Derby factory have been on standby for weeks and dozens were called into work through the night tonight upon hearing that the Royal baby was a boy.
