Maj. Christian Mukwesi, MD, assigned to the Rwanda Hospital sits through the Basic Life Support class instructed by Air Force Col. Rita Duboyce in the military hospital in Kigali, Rwanda on May 2. Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support are part of phase four of the Defense Institute for Medical Operations program funded by the African military education to establish a reliable simulation center for the Rwanda military hospital to support United Nations peace keeping operations.
