An F 101B Voodoo aircraft at South Dakota Air and Space Museum
The main exhibit at The Air and Space Museum at Ellsworth Air Force, Rapid City, South Dakota, is an F101B Voodoo aircraft. The museum, which is adjacent to the Air Force Base is open to the general public, without charge. This aircraft which played a prominent part in the Cuban missile crisis and in the Vietnam War was used primarily as an escort plane, all weather interceptor, fighter, bomber and for reconaissance.
