Abingdon, England - 3 December 2019; Abingdon claims to be the oldest town in England. And this is the view down the Thames towards its classy marina, lined with moored boats - and parked cars. In the distance, you can see one of the remaining chimneys of Didcot Power Station, though most of the site - including its once-iconic cooling towers - have now been demolished. It's early winter, sunrise, with mist still clinging to the river.
