The car is of i6-foot body, with a width of 7 feet 6inches to swell of panel. It has four windows on theside and two narrow ones in front, with a beveled look-ing glass between. There is no access from the front. PAL.\CE STREET CAR. end. All the window glass is beveled plate and the ven-tilators of green chipped glass. The ventilators, whichare along either side and at each end, are attached to ametal rod and move ensemble. The entire interior of the car, including the ceiling, islaid with white mahogan}-, rubbed off in oil and decoratedby a Cleveland artist of national reputation. The carpeton the floor is green wilton and the sofas and cushions ofgreen corduroy, matching the glass and carpet. Thesofa, which extends across the front end, and twelve rat-tan chairs, make the guests comfortable. All of themetal work, including the grab handles, light-pendants,brake wheels and controller top, are of nickel plate. Tenlights are aboard the car, the forward and rear four beingenclosed in two large greenish tinted bowls, and the head-light forward is of the electric style.
