BLACK SEA (Nov. 5, 2014) - Boatswains Mate 2nd Class Billie Johnson explains proper use of a life jacket to Sailors aboard USS Ross (DDG 71) during a flight deck crash and salvage drill. Ross is an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, homeported in Rota, Spain, conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interest in Europe.
