Members of The Army Women’s Museum unveil their new modern female warrior statue "1st Lt. FAWMA," Nov 7, at Fort Lee, Va. The two-year project, part of an outdoor exhibit at the museum, pays tribute to the women who served in the Army for the past 10 to 20 years. The statue's name is an acronym for Friends of the Army Women’s Museum Association, a non-profit organization that supports the museum which funded the project through contributions.
