Tall, black-lacquered leather body with silver-plated mountings. Circular crown plate with star screws, smooth spike. Strongly cambered silver star with an applied gilt crowned Saxon coat of arms. Silver-plated flat metal chinscales on silver-plated rosettes. Both cockades. Light-coloured leather sweatband.
