The Hazardous Substance Incident Response Management class provides personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond safely and effectively to the release of hazardous substances. VFA-86's LS1 Chris Ballesteros was the first to don the Level A HAZMAT Protection Suit. He was assisted by Oscar F. Villagomez, from UEM-NAVFAC.
