Alene Tarter, the Division Director of Benefits and Assistance for the Florida Department of Veterans Affairs welcomed the past and present military members in attendance to the 3rd Annual Florida Women Veterans' Conference June 15 in St. Augustine. The event is focused on engaging women veterans and connecting them with various benefits, as well as providing an opportunity to share their experiences.
