At present known only from Assam. Body broad, convex above. Head broad, short, deeply insertedin the pronotum, concave from between the region of the eyes, outhe inner margin of which is a short distinct transverse ridge;anterior margin very slightly rounded, the lobes about equal inlength, or central lobe slightly shortest; eyes moderately trans-verse ;*ocelli nearer to the eyes than to each other.
