They have nothatched young with me (see vol. vii, ). The Crimson-crowned Weaver (P. flammiccps) has notnested with me, but last year a cock mated with a hen Whydah(see vol. vii, ). I cant say whether the cock was thearchitect and builder of this nest, but it is quite possible, as itwas much of the same type as the other Weavers, Bird Photo W. Shore Baihj.
