Each dealer should insistupon a guarantee that the kerosene will not forman explosive vaporat a lower temperature than 110° There is a law of Congress against selling anyilluminating oils that will not stand the test of 110°,and any one who sells dangerous oils is liable toboth line and imprisonment.
