ExRADR tests Seabee units’ ability to repair runways enabling continued support to Navy and Marine Corps operations. Navy Expeditionary Forces support the Marine Expeditionary Forces and the Fleet by establishing theater logistics through the development of advanced naval bases. PacBlitz19 provides realistic, relevant training and practice that is necessary for an effective global Navy and Marine Corps.
