West Virginia Army National Guard soldiers of the Army Interagency Training and Education Center (AITEC) are trained in rope rescue by Les Smith, Spec Rescue International Instructor from August 19-25 at the Hobet mine site in Julian, West Virginia. AITEC is in the process of tranforming Hobet into a new All Hazards Training Center.
