Christopher Grady, commander of Fleet Forces Command, presents the 2020 Battenberg Cup to the crew of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). The Battenberg Cup is awarded annually to the ship that best exemplifies operational excellence. Truman was recognized for operational excellence during its 2020 deployment to the 2nd, 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility, including more than 120 days of operations at sea, providing a ready defense asset to national leadership.
