Coloration bril- liaut, clear dark blue above, sides and below abruptly silvery; a blue lateral Htreak, much as in K. caruleua, bounding the blue of the upper partH, the white pigment of the lower parts looking as if painted over the blue. Dursal with a large black spot on its last rays above. Dorsal, aual, and caudal with the usual satin-white pigment at their tips; these iiuH otherwise of a clear, ferruginous orange.
