Aboard the submarine H2, this image shows the crew and officers. The photograph was taken by Lieutenant Kingsmore on March 5, 1918, at the Key West Naval Station and Barracks in Key West, Florida. The picture features a firing 12-inch gun against the sunset and submarines diving in the Gulf of Mexico. This image was censored and released by the War College Division on March 21, 1913. Laboratory notes state the image is numbered 1598.
