Private Crunelle is seen standing beside the graves of Private Bonk and Private Beaver in St. Emile, a British military cemetery in France. Both soldiers were killed on September 27, 1918. The photograph was taken on October 3, 1918, by photographer Surber. It was released by the censor on November 15, 1918, and issued as M note B25964.
