A clergyman at an anti-budget demonstration on March 3, 2013 organized by pro-democracy party People Power. The protest is against the Hong Kong government's annual budget prepared by Financial Secretary John Tsang, which protesters claim did little for the poor and less well-off. The budget was delivered on February 27.
