Rapallo is cooler, moister, and rainierthan Nervi, but far excels it in the number of its attractive walks. Rapallo, a small seaport with 5800 inhab., who make lace and doa brisk trade in olive-oil, is situated at the mouth of the Boato, atthe head of the Gulf of Rapallo (p. 110).
