The Madonnina dei Costiglioli is a small statue of the Madonna and Child Jesus located in a votive shrine in the street of the same name in the historic center of Sanremo. The local population believes that this statue is miraculous because, in the fifties, a family was saved from a car accident right where the votive shrine stands.
