A bridge along Jordan Avenue was repainted with criticism of Indiana University professor Eric Rasmusen early Saturday morning to protest against the shared a tweet calling women, "the weaker sex," along with other comments that have drawn criticism. In response, Indiana University provost, Lauren Robel, wrote a statement calling Rasmusen's comments stupid but said the university cannot fire him. The bridge was painted with criticism earlier but it was painted over and repainted with more criticism over the weekend.
