This district, how-ever, is rapidly moving in the direction ofthe interurban terminal station, and therehas been a most decided change and improve-ment in the character of the stores alongIllinois Street near the Terminal stores were formerly occupied by acheap class of tenants, but have been rapidlyrefitted and rented to a higher class of stores glass set in iron frames.
