The fullered ricasso is stamped with a crescent moon mark on both sides. Blackened iron swept hilt. Grip with original iron wire winding and Turk's heads. Flattened, lightly tapered pommel. Length 114 cm. Typical sword for the Munich City Watch with the mark of the Munich Swordsmith Wolfgang Ständler, who is documented in Munich at the end of the 16th century.
