He is public-spirited and gives active aid and cooperation to many move-ments for the public good. On the 17th of June, 1902, in Los Angeles, Dr. Watkins was married to MissLavinia Adele Moses, a lady of charming personality and liberal culture, whopresides with gracious hospitality over their home. They have one son, EdwinArden, four years of age, who is a handsome little fellow and the counterpartof his father. The Watkins home is the center of a cultured social circle and.
