5TH FLEET AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (Jan. 30, 2013) A Sailor directs an MH-60S Sea Hawk from the Eightballers of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 8 on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). John C. Stennis is deployed to the 5th Fleet area of responsibility conducting maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and support missions for Operation Enduring Freedom.
